Properties: 

White crystalline material (granules). Specific gravity 1.25-1.35. Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethyl acetate, hot carbon tetrachloride, hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.

Application:

Antiscorching agent PVI can prevent the early vulcanization of the rubber compound during the processing, improve the processing safety, and has little effect on the vulcanization speed and the performance of the vulcanizate. Because it can effectively prevent scorch, it is possible to run the calender and the extruder at high temperature and high speed, and it can effectively use the strong vulcanization activator to improve the production capacity of the vulcanizer and the total production capacity of the factory. It can greatly improve the storage stability of the rubber compound and prevent natural vulcanization during storage. Can be used in combination with accelerators  TBBS/NS, MBT/M, MBTS/DM, CBS/CZ and effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems to improve compound properties. 

This product has a regeneration and recovery effect for the rubber compound that has been subjected to high heat due to seasons, improper operation and misfit, or has the risk of scorch and cannot be further processed. There are no adverse side effects such as foaming and pollution. Mainly used for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, especially when used in combination with sulfenamide accelerators, to form a good vulcanization system.
