(1) Product development

As one of the commonly used raw materials in medical latex products, accelerators ZDEC, ZDBC, ZMBT benefit from the rapid development of medical latex products at home and abroad, and have gradually increased since 2003. After the continuous optimization of several small varieties of rubber additives in China, the use of foreign products has been replaced. Now the product quality has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers.

(2) Product application

Accelerator ZDEC is a super accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is a representative variety of zinc dithiocarbamate salts. It is also a general accelerator for latex and is also used as a water-insoluble accelerator for latex. The stability of the latex has little effect. When used as the second accelerator of the thiazole accelerator in the latex, the obtained product has good aging performance. It is suitable for white and bright-colored products, transparent products, mainly used in the manufacture of medical products, adhesive tapes and self-vulcanizing products.

Accelerator ZDBC is a super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It is commonly used in low temperature vulcanization glue, and the vulcanization speed is faster than ZDEC and ZDMC. The general dosage is 0.5-2 servings. The latex containing this product can be used for a week without early vulcanization. It is a better activator for thiazole accelerators.

Accelerator ZMBT, suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. It has mild activity in latex systems and is usually used in combination with super-accelerators. The critical temperature of vulcanization is higher (138℃). It is not easy to produce early vulcanization, and the vulcanization flatness is wide. It is suitable for latex systems and has the function of adjusting the viscosity of the system.
