Thiazole accelerators have high vulcanization activity, fast vulcanization rate, good vulcanization flatness, medium scorch time, and good safety in actual operation; vulcanizate has good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, with high High tensile strength and elongation at break; moderate tensile stress and hardness, good wear resistance and aging resistance, small compression set, etc. It is widely used in rubber.

2. Application of thiazole accelerators

The combined use of thiazole accelerators and weak accelerators of guanidine or aldehyde amines can improve the activity of the accelerators, shorten the vulcanization time and reduce the vulcanization temperature, and at the same time improve the tensile strength, tensile strength and wear resistance of the vulcanizate. Commonly used types are accelerator M and accelerator D, and accelerator M and accelerator DM/TMTD are used together.

The combined use of thiazole accelerators and sulfenamide HY14S10J2L accelerators, although detrimental to the delayed effect of the vulcanization system, can increase the vulcanization speed by using a small amount of thiazole accelerators when higher retardation is not required.

3. Application of thiazoles in rubber products

Thiazole accelerators are suitable for white, light-colored and transparent rubber products. Among them, the accelerator M is used as the accelerator, and can also be used as the precursor of sulfenamide accelerators.

Thiazole accelerators can be used in the production of reclaimed rubber inner tubes, hoses, tires, tapes, reclaimed rubber shoes and other rubber products.
