Accelerator ZBPD is a fast auxiliary accelerator for NR and EPDM. It does not produce nitrosamines, and is a safe, environmentally friendly, non-polluting color, non-frosting and low cost accelerator. The rubber products have better heat aging resistance and vulcanization reduction resistance.

Applications: ZBPD is mainly used as an EPDM vulcanization accelerator, which has the characteristics of no blooming, fast vulcanization speed and low cost. ZBPD has no amine structure and can be used in vulcanization systems without nitrosamines. When ZBPD is used to manufacture food-contact articles, it needs to refer to the 4 types of regulations in BgVV XXI. ZBPD has no regulations in FDA and food-contact applications.
