Tetra Isobutyl thiuram disulfide(TiBTD,IBTD) is light yellow crystalline material(granule), odorless and tasteless. It is an effective curing agent for acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and is only applicable when ZnO and stearic acid are used as curing activators. Good vulcanization performance but low strength. It has high vulcanization effect even when there is no sulfur, and it is heat resistant and has no foaming, and the product has strong compression resistance.
