N,N'-Diethyl thiourea (DETU) is rarely used for diene rubber because of its low promotion effectiveness and poor anti-scorching properties. It has a role in the vulcanization of chloroprene rubber and can produce chloroprene vulcanized rubber with good tensile strength, hardness, compression deformation and other properties. Compared with ETU, coking and vulcanization are fast, but the flatness of vulcanization is better. Easy to disperse and no frost spraying.
