Applications:
Nature and synthetic rubber compounds ( shoe soles, conveyor belt,  molded  tyre, and extruded
products).This product can significantly improve the high temperature processing safety performance and storage stability of unvulcanized rubber , comprehensive improvement of equipment production capacity. It does not cause contact stains.                                                                                                                  Compared to conventional crystalline CTP, XUANNUO® CTP-80GE has the following advantages:
1. the raw material is completely sieved at 150 µm, so that no dust is generated after processing into masterbatches, which avoids the unpleasant odour emitted by CTP, protects the health of the operator and effectively ensures the activity of the CTP.
2. the masterbatch does not stick at room temperature, making dosing easy and accurate.
3. low Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the dispersion quality of CTP in the adhesive.
4. the masterbatch is filtered at the same time as granulation, is free of impurities and has good compatibility with different rubbers.
