Applications:
The critical curing temperature of DPTU is 80℃, which is a rapid curing accelerant. Care should be taken to avoid burning when mixing. DPTU has high activity above 100℃, good toughness, good flexibility and tensile strength, but it will change color when exposed to light.

Compared to conventional powdered DPTU, XUANNUO®DPTU-80GE has the following advantages.
1. the raw material DPTU 100 µm is completely sieved, so that no dust is generated after processing into masterbatches, which protects the health of the operator.
2. the masterbatch DPTU-80 effectively guarantees the activity of the DPTU due to the pre-dispersion with a rubber carrier.
3. low Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the quality of DPTU dispersion in the rubber.
4. simultaneous filtration of the masterbatch during granulation, free of impurities and improving production efficiency; good compatibility with different rubbers.
