Applications:
The active component CTP can delay the initial vulcanization of natural rubber and diolefin synthetic rubber without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. It can be used with subsulfoamides or thiazoles to improve the processing safety without affecting the properties of vulcanized rubber. Compared to conventional crystalline CTP, XUANNUO® CTP-70PR has the following advantages:
1. the raw material is completely sieved at 150 µm, so that no dust is generated after processing into masterbatches, which avoids the unpleasant odour emitted by CTP, protects the health of the operator and effectively ensures the activity of the CTP.
2. the masterbatch does not stick at room temperature, making dosing easy and accurate.
3. low Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the dispersion quality of CTP in the adhesive.
4. the masterbatch is filtered at the same time as granulation, is free of impurities and has good compatibility with different rubbers.
