Applications:
The active component CTP can delay the initial vulcanization of natural rubber and diolefin synthetic rubber without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. It can be used with subsulfoamides or thiazoles to improve the processing safety without affecting the properties of vulcanized rubber. The product can significantly improve the storage stability and high temperature processing safety of unvulcanized rubber, and fully improve the generating capacity of equipment. No contact contamination will occur with this product.                                                                                                                                          Compared to conventional crystalline CTP, XUANNUO® CTP-70GR has the following advantages: 1.
1. the raw material is completely sieved at 150 µm, so that no dust is generated after processing into masterbatches, which avoids the unpleasant odour emitted by CTP, protects the health of the operator and effectively ensures the activity of the CTP.
2. the masterbatch does not stick at room temperature, making dosing easy and accurate.
3. low Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the dispersion quality of CTP in the adhesive.
4. the masterbatch is filtered at the same time as granulation, so that it does not contain impurities and does not clog the screen when making extruded products, reducing the scrap rate and improving production efficiency; it is very compatible with different rubbers.
