Chemical name: Butyl rubber vulcanizing agent (Combination of alkyl phenolic resin and zinc oxide)

Applications:
Vulcanizing agent for butyl rubber, especially for vulcanizing butyl capsules or water tires. It has good dispersion in rubber material, can avoid the phenomenon of frosting in rubber products, and can improve the curing rate of IIR.                                                                                                                                                                        Compared to conventional powdered butyl rubber vulcanising agents, XUANNUO®BCS-41 has the following advantages.
1. the raw powdered vulcanising agent 100 µm is completely sieved, so that no dust is generated after processing into master rubber granules, no allergy to the skin is caused and the health of the operator is protected; the activity of the integrated accelerator is effectively guaranteed.
2. the masterbatch is non-sticky at room temperature, making dosing easy and accurate.
3. lower Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the dispersion quality of the integrated accelerator in the adhesive.
4. the masterbatch is filtered at the same time as granulation, so that it does not contain impurities and improves production efficiency; it has good compatibility with different rubbers.
