Applications:
ADC is suitable for various rubbers such as CR, EPDM, IIR, NBR(NBR/PVC) and SBR. It is a nitrogenous organic blowing agent especially suitable for small and evenly porous products. ADC powder has a high foaming temperature, which can be effectively reduced by adding a small amount of foaming activator.  Compared to conventional powdered ADC, XUANNUO®ADC-75GE offers the following advantages:
1. an average particle size of 6-8 µm for the raw ADC, which improves the production environment by not generating dust fugitive.
2. The masterbatch ADC-75 is pre-dispersed with a rubber carrier, which reduces the decomposition temperature of the ADC due to the special formulation during processing, thus effectively ensuring the activity of the ADC
3. lower Menny viscosity at lower temperatures (e.g. 50 ºC), which improves the dispersion quality of the ADC in the rubber material and provides good compatibility with different rubbers.
