The project "Continuous synthesis of insoluble sulfur yellow green industrialization key technology creation and development of 10,000-ton scale production line" has passed the final acceptance organized by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The achievement has developed the key technology of high performance insoluble sulfur yellow green, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, the main technical index of the product has reached the international leading level, the technical achievements have been applied to the 10,000-ton scale industrialization device, which is of great significance for solving the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of rubber auxiliary industry such as large resource consumption in the production process.

Insoluble sulfur yellow as a key raw material for tire manufacturing, its quality performance directly affects the durability and safety of tires, and is essential for driving safety. Data show that about 70% of traffic accidents related to tires and tire blowout.

High-performance insoluble sulfur yellow is also China's only dependence on imports of rubber additives, mainly used in high-end tire manufacturing, mid-range tire manufacturing key parts, the annual import volume of about 50,000 tons.

After the industrialization of this technology, the amount of raw material sulfur yellow per unit product will be reduced by 50%, and the production scale will be 100,000 tons/year, which can save 80,000 tons of sulfur yellow per year.
