The Department of Raw Materials of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has recently issued a notice of public solicitation for the "Catalog of Technologies and Products Encouraged for Promotion and Application in Petrochemical and Chemical Industries (Second Batch)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalog") (draft for comments), which has attracted wide attention. The Catalogue contains 28 technologies and products in fine chemical, rubber, phosphorus chemical, petrochemical, coal chemical and other industries, some of which are equipped with risk warning, intelligent control, online monitoring, data collection and other functions, which will provide strong support for the high-end, intelligent and green development of the petrochemical and chemical industries.
In terms of rubber antioxidant synthesis, the green synthesis technology of TMQ, a rubber antioxidant with high dimer content, has successfully solved the problems of high impurity content of condensate, low high dimer content of TMQ, low level of automation, and difficulty of wastewater treatment that exist in the existing synthesis method. The technology realizes continuous, automated and green production of TMQ, which increases the product's active body content by more than 10%, while amine impurities are reduced by 0.8%. Compared with the current one-step technology and two-step technology, this technology reduces wastewater by 63% and 28%, and waste inorganic salt by 89% and 81%.
