These standards will be implemented soon
On August 16, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released a news release on its website, approving 412 industry standards such as Conductive and Antistatic Rubber Sheet for Industrial Use (see Annex 1). Among them are Vulcanization Accelerator ZDIBC, Vulcanization Accelerator CBBS, Rubber Antioxidant ZMMBI, Rubber Auxiliary Pre-dispersed Masterbatch, which are the industry standards for several rubber auxiliaries from February 1, 2024 onwards.
1. Vulcanization accelerator ZDIBC
Standard No.: HG/T 6158-2023
Standard Name: Vulcanization accelerator Zinc Diisobutyl Dithiocarbamate (ZDIBC)
Main content: This document specifies the physical and chemical properties and other technical requirements of zinc diisobutyl dithiocarbamate (ZDIBC), describes the corresponding rules of batch grouping, sampling, test methods, and specifies the marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to the vulcanization accelerator ZDIBC produced by reaction with diisobutylamine, carbon disulfide and zinc-containing compounds as main raw materials.
2.Rubber antioxidant ZMMBI

Standard Name: Rubber antioxidant 2-mercapto-4 (or 5)-methylbenzimidazole zinc (ZMMBI)
Contents: This document specifies the technical requirements for the physical and chemical properties of rubber antioxidant 2-mercapto-4(or 5)-methylbenzimidazole zinc (ZMMBI), describes the corresponding rules for batch grouping, sampling, test methods, and specifies the contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to rubber antioxidant ZMMBI made of 2-mercapto-4(or 5)-methylbenzimidazole, liquid alkali, zinc sulfate (or zinc chloride) as the main raw materials.
3.Vulcanization accelerator CBBS

Standard Name: Vulcanization accelerator N-cyclohexyl-bis (2-benzothiazole) sulfoximide (CBBS)
Main content: This document specifies the technical requirements for the physical and chemical properties of N-cyclohexyl-bis(2-benzothiazolyl) sulfoximide (CBBS), describes the corresponding rules for batch formation, sampling, test methods, and specifies the contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage. The document applies to the vulcanization accelerator CBBS produced by oxidation reaction with aniline, cyclohexylamine and carbon disulfide as the main raw materials.
4. Rubber auxiliary pre-dispersed masterbatch

Standard Name: Rubber additives pre-dispersed masterbatch test methods
Main content: This document specifies the terms and definitions, test methods for rubber additives pre-dispersed masterbatch. This document applies to the surface is not sticky, rubber additives content of more than 40%, the carrier is a polymer rubber additives pre-dispersed masterbatch.
