On August 16, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued a notice stating that, starting from August 20, 2023, it will conduct an end-of-period review investigation into the anti-dumping measures applied to imports of halobutyl rubber originating in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
The dumping investigation period for this review will be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and the industrial damage investigation period will be from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023.
During the period of the end-of-period review investigation of the anti-dumping measures, anti-dumping duties continue to be levied on the imported halobutyl rubber originating from the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Singapore in accordance with the scope of dutiable products and the duty rate published in the Ministry of Commerce's Announcement No. 40 of 2018.
