Scope of application

The antioxidant DNP is mainly used as an antioxidant for rubber, latex and plastics. Anti-aging agent DNP is not only a chain scission inhibitor, but also a metal complexing agent. It has excellent heat aging resistance, natural aging resistance and resistance to harmful metals such as copper and manganese. In SBR has the function of anti-ultraviolet light. There is no destabilizing effect on the latex and no disadvantage of increasing the viscosity. It has obvious activation effect on thiazole accelerators. It is suitable for blending in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and its latex products. Used in the manufacture of tire cords, cables, elastic tapes and other industrial rubber products, latex products (such as medical supplies, adhesive plaster), etc.

Dosage

The dosage of antioxidant DNP is 0.2-1 part, more than 2 parts will cause blooming. This product can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants, such as antioxidant MB, antioxidant DOD, antioxidant RD, etc. It is especially suitable for foamed latex products when used together with anti-aging agent 124. Anti-aging agent DNP can be used as heat-resistant anti-aging agent for ABS, polyoxymethylene and polyamide engineering plastics, and the dosage is 0.5, 0.5 and 0.3 parts respectively. It can also be used for chlorinated polyether, the dosage is 1 part. In chlorinated polyether, it can be used together with 1 part of ultraviolet absorber UV-9, and it can also play a role in weather resistance. This product is a less toxic variety of amine antioxidants.
