1. Amine antioxidants:

Amine antioxidants are mainly used to inhibit thermal oxidation aging, ozone aging, fatigue aging and catalytic oxidation of heavy metal ions, with outstanding protective effect. 

2. Phenolic antioxidants

Such antioxidants are mainly used as antioxidants, and individual varieties also have the effect of passivating metal ions. However, the protective effect is not as good as that of amine antioxidants. The main advantage of this type of antioxidants is non-polluting, and it is suitable for light-colored rubber products.

3. Organic sulfide antioxidants

This type of antioxidant is widely used as a stabilizer for polyolefin plastics as a destroying hydroperoxide type antioxidant. The most widely used in rubber are dithiocarbamates and thiol benzimidazoles. One of the most widely used is zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate. This substance is often used as a stabilizer for the production of butyl rubber. The other is nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate (anti-aging agent NBC), which can improve the protective effect of NBR, CR, SBR static ozone aging. However, it can help the oxidation of NR.

4. Thiol benzimidazole

For example, antioxidants MB and MBZ are also one of the commonly used antioxidants in rubber. They have moderate protective effect on NR, SBR, BR and NBR. It also has the function of inhibiting the catalytic oxidation of copper ions. When these substances are used together with some commonly used antioxidants, they often produce synergistic effects. This type of antioxidant has little pollution and is often used in light-colored products.

5. Non-migratory antioxidants

All antioxidants that play a lasting protective effect in rubber are called non-migratory antioxidants, and some are also called non-extractable antioxidants or persistent antioxidants. Compared with general antioxidants, it is mainly difficult to extract, difficult to exert and difficult to migrate.
