At present, people have increasing requirements for the quality of rubber products and are resisting products containing non environmentally harmful substances. When using recycled rubber to produce rubber products, especially those with relevant environmental requirements, it is not only necessary to choose environmentally friendly recycled rubber, such as recycled rubber through EU ROHS, but also to cooperate with environmentally friendly rubber additives.
1. Commonly used non environmentally friendly rubber accelerator substitute products for recycled rubber products
Rubber accelerators mainly include sub Sulfonamide, thiazole, thiuram, guanidine, dithiocarbamate, etc. The sub Sulfonamide accelerator NOBS, thiuram accelerator TMTD, etc. commonly used in the rubber industry, will produce Nitrosamine, which is a typical non environmental protection additive. When using recycled rubber to produce environmentally friendly rubber products, accelerator NS can be used instead of accelerator NOBS, TBzTD can be used, and DTDC can be used instead of sulfur donor DTDM.
2. Recycled rubber products commonly used as substitutes for polluting rubber antioxidants
Rubber antioxidant D is a universal antioxidant with easy access to raw materials, simple production process, low product price, and good protective effects on heat, oxygen, bending, cracking, and general aging factors. When using recycled rubber to produce environmentally friendly rubber products, it is recommended to replace antioxidant D with antioxidants such as 4020 and 4010NA.
3. Commonly used non environmentally friendly rubber softened oil substitute products for recycled rubber products
Rubber oil can improve the elasticity, flexibility, processability, and miscibility of rubber. Commonly used rubber oils include aromatic oil, naphthenic oil, and paraffin oil. At present, recycled rubber product factories can use environmentally friendly aromatic oil instead of ordinary aromatic oil, or use naphthenic oil instead of aromatic oil.
