The International Tyre & Rubber Exhibition is the only industry exhibition in Vietnam focusing on the rubber and tyre industry, organised by Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services (VEAS) and held annually. It has been successfully held for 7 times so far. The exhibition has received strong support and participation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Rubber Association and other industry associations and professional units, attracting more and more professional visitors from Vietnam to the exhibition. At the same time, the exhibition will also radiate Cambodia and Mekong countries, such as: Laos, Southern China, Northeast Thailand, etc..

The 2023 exhibition covered an exhibition area of 6,000 square metres and was attended by more than 100 professional exhibitors from Vietnam, China, India, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the United States, Thailand, and other countries.

Through close cooperation with many industry organisations and professional media, the exhibition organisers continued to expand the exhibition's publicity to further enhance the exhibition's influence and coverage in the industry and increase the number and quality of visitors.

The exhibition attracted more than 5,000 professional visitors and buyers from Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Iran, India, France, Italy, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Cuba and other countries and regions to the exhibition.

Vietnam Market Introduction:

Vietnam is the world's fourth largest producer of natural rubber, producing and processing high-quality and inexpensive rubber for the rubber industry. Ho Chi Minh City is the centre of rubber planting, production, processing and logistics transfer in Vietnam. With the deepening development of Vietnam's rubber processing industry, rubber tyre production and processing has become the key development direction of Vietnam's rubber industry in the future.

As one of the world's largest suppliers of natural rubber and one of the preferred destinations for foreign investors in Asia, Vietnam is becoming a new driving force for economic development in Southeast Asia. Vietnam is now the world's fifth largest rubber producer and the world's third largest rubber exporter. However, its domestic tyre producers are facing a serious shortage of raw materials and need to import large quantities. This situation is due to the fact that the local export tax rate for natural rubber is zero, while domestic sales are subject to VAT, and China is becoming a supplier of other rubber raw materials to Vietnam.

The Vietnamese tyre industry has been boosted by the Vietnamese government's encouragement of greater participation in the rubber manufacturing industry by all sectors of the economy. At the same time, encouraging overseas investment and domestic rubber production to meet domestic market and export demand has given a strong impetus to investment and development in the tyre and its downstream industries.
