Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released July tire and synthetic rubber production statistics.
From the data, so far this year, China's tire production has far exceeded the 2020, 2021, 2022 data for the same period, production and sales year-on-year overall growth of more than double-digit.
The latest data show that in July, the output of rubber tire outer tires was 84.789 million, up 13.1%; the cumulative output from January to July was 559 million, up 13.5%.
Last year, the total output of rubber tires outer tires was 856 million, down 5.0%.
In July, China's synthetic rubber output was 744,000 tons, up 7.7%; the cumulative output from January to July was 4.999 million tons, up 7.6%.
For the whole year of 2022, the total output of synthetic rubber is 8.233 million tons, down 5.7%.
According to analysis, the main reason for the current growth in tire production and sales is the increase in export orders. In the first seven months of this year, the low cost of shipping, overseas orders are sufficient, tire companies to maintain a high start state, driven by a significant increase in production year-on-year.
In addition, this year's new energy vehicle production and sales growth, the demand for semi-steel tires also formed a pull.
