Accelerator ZDMC (PZ) is one of the representative products of dithiocarbamate accelerators, and it is also one of the products that are widely used in rubber products. It is a very fast main or auxiliary (super) accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers, and also a very fast accelerator for latex.

Accelerator PZ products have been continuously optimized by several small varieties of rubber additives in China, and have been used to replace foreign products. With the continuous growth of domestic and foreign rubber products market applications, the production and sales of this product are also growing rapidly. Now the quality of this product produced in China has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers.

Accelerator PZ is odorless and non-toxic. The density is 1.66, soluble in dilute alkali, carbon disulfide, benzene, acetone and dichloromethane, slightly soluble in chloroform, insoluble in water.

Dithiocarbamate accelerators have fast vulcanization speed, faster than thiurams. They belong to ultra-super fast accelerators with extremely short induction period. They are suitable for room temperature vulcanization and vulcanization of latex products, and can also be used for low unsaturation. Vulcanization of high-grade rubber such as IIR and EPDM.

Accelerator PZ has a very low vulcanization temperature (about 100 ℃), and its activity is similar to TMTD, but its activity is stronger at low temperature, and its scorch tendency is large, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization during mixing.

Compared with DPG or thiuram accelerators, accelerator PZ has faster vulcanization speed, higher vulcanization modulus and shorter scorch time.
