The standard of "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product for Tires and Carbon Black" is based on the notice of mandatory national standards making and revising plan issued by the National Standardization Administration Committee on December 29, 2020 (NSAC [2020] No. 54), which integrates and revises the "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product for Tires" (GB29449-2012) and the "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product for Carbon Black" (GB29440-2012) into the "Rubber Industry Unit Product Energy Consumption Limit for Rubber Industry". ) were integrated and revised into "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product in Rubber Industry", Program No. 20205267-Q-469.
At the review meeting, the expert group suggested that the name of the standard be revised from "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product of Rubber Industry" to "Energy Consumption Limit per Unit Product of Tires and Carbon Black".
Experts believe that the standard helps to control energy consumption in the production process of tire and carbon black industry, promote the industry to improve energy-saving measures, to the direction of high-quality, low energy consumption, and is of great practical significance to achieve the national energy-saving and consumption reduction goals. The technical indicators determined by the standard are scientific, reasonable and operable; the drafting procedure is perfect and meets the preparation requirements; the materials sent for review are complete and meet the review requirements.
It is recommended that the drafting group, according to the review and modification opinions, modify the standard submission to form a draft for approval, and report it to the National Standardization Administration Committee for approval and release as a mandatory national standard.
