Accelerator DPG (d) CAS no.102-06-7 is the product of guanidine type accelerator. Accelerator D generally refers to the rubber medium speed accelerator diphenylguanidine, which belongs to the medium speed basic accelerator. It is a compound with the chemical formula c13h13n3, which is used for continuous vulcanization and anti-aging accelerator DM and TMTD.
Application of rubber accelerator D diphenylguanidine
1. Used as plastic crosslinking agent, temperature indicator, ore flotation assistant, coating assistant, polishing agent assistant, metal analysis agent and building materials assistant;
2. Used for manufacturing tires, rubber plates, soles, industrial products, hard rubber and thick wall products;
3. It is used as a medium speed accelerator for natural and synthetic adhesives, usually as an active agent for thiazole, thiuram and hypoiodoyl promoters. The promoters DM and TMTD can be used for continuous vulcanization; The resistance of vulcanized rubber aged by the second accelerator together with the accelerator of thiazole decreases, and appropriate anti-aging agents must be used;
4. In the neoprene adhesive, the product has the functions of plasticizer and plastic solution agent; It is not suitable for white or light colored products and rubber products in contact with food.
