TMTD (TT, TMT) chemical name is tetramethyl tetramethyl tetramethyl disulfide, white or off-white powder, odorless, respiratory tract, skin irritation, can be used as natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex super-accelerator. It can be used as super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. When heated above 100℃, it will decompose free sulfur, so it can also be used as vulcanizing agent. It is an excellent second accelerator for thiazole accelerators, and can be used with other accelerators as accelerators for continuous vulcanization of rubber.
Promoter TMTM (TS) chemical name for a sulfurized tetramethyl thiuram, light yellow or yellow powder, rubber speed promoter, no discoloration, no pollution. It has better scorchability than TT, but lower activity than TT.
Promoter DPTT (TRA) chemical name for four (six) sulfurized bis-pentamethylene thiuram, light yellow powder, odorless, used as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, chlorosulphonated polyethylene rubber accelerator, can also be used as vulcanizing agent, this product can also be used for latex.
