Accelerator BZ; Zinc di-n-butyl dithiocarbamate, ZDBC for short.
It is used as vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and its emulsifier. Vulcanization promotion effect is similar to PZ, EZ, but less scorch. For latex, it is stronger than PZ/EZ vulcanization promoter, and can vulcanize at room temperature. Performance in dry glue and latex is similar to accelerator ZDC, but more active. When used in dry glue, it is generally used as a co-promoter and is an active promoter of thiazole. It is also used as non-polluting stabilizer for adhesive and mastic, and has anti-aging effect in mixing rubber, which can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. According to the vulcanized rubber stretch strength, transparency and other performance requirements, the dosage range is 0.5-2 parts.

Super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber requiring compression deformation and nitrile rubber requiring excellent aging resistance, and is also suitable for EPDM rubber. Vulcanization temperature 100 ℃, but the activity is strong at low temperature, the tendency of scorching is big, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization when mixing. As the products are non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting and non-discoloring, it is suitable for rubber products for adhesive tape, food and medicine. In the United States, PZ has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is effective in EPDM rubber, butyl rubber and other products.
Can not be directly replaced, Bz is not easy to scorch, PZ is easy to scorch! Proper adjustment of the formula can be replaced!
