Rubber accelerator DPG Diphenylguanidine
Main Characteristics: Non-toxic, but irritating when in contact with skin. Relative density 1.13~1.19. Melting point not less than 144℃. Soluble in benzene, toluene, chloroform, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, insoluble in gasoline and water. Stable for storage.
Uses: Mainly used as neutral accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Commonly used as active agent of thiazole, thiuram and sulfonamide accelerators. It can be used for continuous vulcanization when it is used with accelerators TMTD and DM. Plasticizer and plasticizer in neoprene rubber. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber plates, shoe soles, not suitable for white and light-colored products.
When used as the first accelerator, the dosage is 1~1.5 parts. When used as thiazole auxiliary accelerator, the dosage is generally 0.1~0.5 parts.
Packing and storage and transportation: plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag. It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should avoid direct sunlight.
