Silicone vulcanising agents currently have: double two four vulcanising agents, double two five vulcanising agents, odourless vulcanising agents, platinum vulcanising agents and so on.
1.Double two four vulcanising agent: PerkadoxOPC-50S-PS-MM Akzo double two four vulcanising agent used for silicone extrusion and calendering process products during crosslinking, suitable for the production of mid-range silicone rubber products and production of slightly higher transparency requirements of the extruded products. The products have high transparency, anti-yellowing, low odour, no bubbles, excellent electrical properties and heat resistance. Decomposition temperature is low and decomposition speed is fast, so it is a common vulcanising agent for extrusion moulding and mixing rubber with slightly higher requirements.
2.Double two five sulfur additive sulfur, fast vulcanisation, no volatility, no fire applicable to vinyl silicone rubber, polyethylene, ethylene propylene rubber crosslinking. Apply to a variety of silicone material moulding products environmental standards: such as silicone buttons, bracelets, mobile phone covers, watch bands, silicone gifts and other areas.
3.Fast and odourless vulcanising agent MC-14A has excellent dispersion, fast vulcanisation speed, odourless vulcanised silicone products, suitable for cross-linking of vinyl silicone rubber, polyethylene, ethylene propylene rubber. Applied to a variety of silicone material moulding products food grade standard: such as silicone mobile phone cover, silicone sheet, silicone gifts, silicone kitchenware and other various fields.
4.Platinum vulcanising agent MC-98AB is a two-component platinum vulcanising agent for moulding silicone, mainly used for low temperature vulcanisation and odourless silicone products. Such as: extruded silicone tube, profiled strip, LED strip, silicone calendering coil, silicone wire, and so on.
