1、Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
Also known as polystyrene butadiene copolymer. Its physical properties, processing performance and performance close to natural rubber, some properties such as abrasion resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance and vulcanization speed than natural rubber is more excellent, and can be used with natural rubber and a variety of synthetic rubber, widely used in tires, tapes, rubber tubes, wires and cables, medical devices and a variety of rubber products production and other fields, is the largest general-purpose varieties of synthetic rubber, but also one of the earliest to achieve industrialized production of It is also one of the earliest rubber varieties to realize industrial production.
2、Nitrile rubber (NBR)
NBR is made of butadiene and acrylonitrile by emulsion polymerization method. NBR is mainly produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization method, with excellent oil resistance, high abrasion resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesive force. Its disadvantages are poor low-temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation properties, slightly lower elasticity. Nitrile rubber is mainly used in the manufacture of oil-resistant rubber products. Abbreviated as NBR, it is a kind of synthetic rubber made by copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile.
3, silicone rubber (SR) refers to the main chain composed of silicon and oxygen atoms alternately, silicon atoms are usually connected to two organic groups of rubber. Ordinary silicone rubber is mainly composed of silicone oxygen chain containing methyl and a small amount of vinyl. The introduction of phenyl can improve the high and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber, trifluoropropyl and the introduction of cyano can improve the temperature and oil resistance of silicone rubber.
4、Cis-butyl rubber (BR)
Is cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber abbreviation, its molecular formula is (C4H6)n. cis-butadiene rubber is the butadiene polymerization of the structure of the regular synthetic rubber, the cis structure of the content of more than 95%. According to the different catalysts, can be divided into nickel, cobalt, titanium and rare earth system (neodymium system) cis-butadiene rubber.
5、Isoprene rubber (PR)
A high-performance rubber for tire production, Polyisoprene rubber, with its stable chemical properties are widely used in the tire manufacturing industry. It has good elasticity, cold resistance (glass temperature -68 ℃) and high tensile strength. In the oxidation resistance and multiple deformation conditions, the resistance to cut and tear is higher than that of natural rubber, but the processing performance, such as mixing, calendering, etc. is slightly worse than that of natural rubber.
