Polyimide PI can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees, characterized by high viscosity and poor processing performance. Phenolic resin has a softening temperature of about 100 degrees Celsius, with a high residual carbon rate. Bismaleimide molding temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius, its decomposition temperature is greater than 420 degrees Celsius, excellent mechanical properties, good toughness. The thermal decomposition temperature of silicone resin is about 380 degrees Celsius, and the weathering resistance of this resin is greater than that of general resins.
