We dare not cut off the theory about the possible changes of new technologies. However, from the current market, the vulcanizing agent DTDC in the rubber industry not only shows no signs of retreat, but shows extremely tenacious explosive power. With the rapid development of the market, the continuous maturity of rubber processing technology, especially the rapid vulcanization technology of rubber is to make up for the long time of rubber in the past.
For the international rubber counterparts, the toxicity of the vulcanizing agent DTDC and its impact on the environment are being developed as a substitute for the vulcanizing agent DTDM. At present, the development of vulcanizing agent DTDC has entered the stage of environmental testing and is about to be put into the market. The vulcanizing agent DTDC is white crystalline, the melting point is 120, and the mass fraction of active sulfur is greater than 0.19. By replacing the equivalent DTDM of the vulcanizing agent, the formulation and process of the adhesive are not changed. Like the vulcanizing agent DTDM, the vulcanizing agent DTDC can be used in whole or in part to replace the sulfur component in effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems.
Vulcanization of heavy rubber products is not easy. Due to the poor heat transfer of the rubber, in order to rapidly vulcanize the inner area of the rubber, it usually takes a long time to heat it. That is, the surface of the rubber material will be over-vulcanized and may break down before the product is fully cured. The vulcanization of rubber at low temperature is a feasible method, although this method is relatively mild, it is time-consuming and uneconomical.
