Production Method Of DPG
1970-01-01

The production process of diphenylguanidine in my country is the condensation of carbon disulfide and aniline to obtain diphenylthiourea, and then diphenylthiourea, lead oxide, ammonium hydroxide and ammonium sulfate are prepared under the conditions of 40-70 ° C to prepare diphenylguanidine sulfuric acid The salt is extracted, filtered and neutralized to obtain semi-finished products. After drying and screening, the finished product accelerator D is obtained. The difference of each production process is mainly concentrated in the step of synthesizing diphenylguanidine from diphenylthiourea. In the early stage, the lead oxide method was adopted in China. Due to poor product quality, dust pollution by operators (lead dust), three-waste treatment of mother liquor, and low yield etc., this method was basically discontinued in the late 1990s. In this method, lead oxide is used as the desulfurizing agent Chemicalbook, ammonia water is used as the aminating agent, and ammonium sulfate is used as the extraction agent of diphenylguanidine. There are problems in raw material consumption and environmental protection. Switching to zinc oxide can improve the original production process. In the mid-1990s, there were reports of zinc oxide method and iron oxide method in China, but they were not popularized due to various reasons and have been eliminated. At present, all domestic diphenylguanidine production enterprises adopt the oxygen method to produce, that is, diphenylthiourea reacts with oxygen and ammonia water for 8 hours to obtain diphenylguanidine. Raw material consumption quota: diphenylthiourea 1250kg/t, oxygen 240m3, copper acetate (catalyst) 0.86kg/t, ammonia water 1000kg/t, water 252kg/t.
