The instructions pointed out that the fourth wave of new crown pneumonia epidemic is complex and severe, which has severely affected the production, distribution, sales and export activities of domestic products. In order to timely alleviate the difficulties faced by the production, circulation and export of domestic products and resume production, the Prime Minister asked all departments, provinces and cities to do a series of urgent tasks.

The Ministry of Development instructs all localities to take multiple measures to ensure that the production chain is not interrupted, and guide the implementation of social distancing measures to support policies for the restoration of production in regions.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade took the initiative to communicate with all parts of the country and various agencies on the increase of domestic product exports and customs clearance matters.

Actively provide market information to various regions, carry out trade promotion, strengthen production and sales docking, etc., and assist merchants to promote domestic product sales through electronic product packages.

The Ministry of Transport instructs relevant departments to ensure the smooth flow of the national transportation system and create the most convenient conditions for the transportation of domestic products, the means of production, and the sales and production of domestic products.

The Ministry of Health, in conjunction with various departments and localities, guides specialized agencies to inspect, supervise, guide and assist the epidemic prevention and control work of various production units.

In addition, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Vietnam, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have created convenient conditions for the production, circulation, sales and export of domestic products in accordance with their duties. .
