The income guarantee price of high-quality raw film is 60 baht/kg; fresh latex (DRC 100%) is 57 baht/kg; cup glue (DRC 50%) is 23 baht/kg. The total budget of the project is 1065.68 million baht. The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives is responsible for collating the detailed content of the income guarantee project, and then submitting it to the cabinet for approval.

Zhu Lin pointed out that the rubber farmers' income guarantee project approved by the Natural Rubber Policy Committee has entered its third year and will benefit nearly 2 million rubber farmers. Even if the price of rubber drops in certain periods, rubber farmers can earn income at the guaranteed price. At present, the price of rubber is better, especially cup rubber, because many years ago, the price of cup rubber or rubber waste was only 10-15 baht/kg, but the price of cup rubber has risen to 22-25 baht/kg on September 15. Sometimes it is higher than the guaranteed income of 23 baht/kg.

Therefore, the price of cup glue can be said to have risen sharply and remains stable for a long time, which is beneficial to rubber farmers in the south and northeast as well as all over the country. As for the slight drop in the price of fresh latex, the main export market for Thailand's latex, Malaysia, was affected by the epidemic, the rubber glove production plant was closed, and exports were hindered by blockade measures, resulting in a drop in latex prices. However, it is expected that when Malaysia can solve the epidemic problem, the price of latex is likely to rise. In addition, employees in a latex glove production plant in Thailand were infected with the new crown virus, which caused the production to be unable to operate at full capacity, reducing the demand for latex and affecting prices.

The news from the Natural Rubber Policy Committee pointed out that the meeting agreed to apply for subsidies and the detailed rules for encouraging planting, and agreed to extend the implementation period of the production control project from 2015-2021 to 2015-2023, reducing the rubber planting area by 450,000 rai , Divided into a reduction of 225,000 rai in 2022 and a reduction of 225,000 rai in 2023, with a total budget of 7.2 billion baht.
