Vulcanizing agent
Vulcanizing agent is a substance that can cross-link with rubber, so it is also called cross-linking agent. Vulcanizing agent is the most important type of rubber compounding agent.
Accelerator
It refers to the substance that can shorten the vulcanization time and lower the vulcanization temperature after being added to the rubber.
Activator
It is the substance which can increase the activity of accelerator, reduce the amount of accelerator and shorten the vulcanization time after adding into the rubber material, and it is also called accelerator auxiliary.
Antioxidant

Coupling agent

Defoamer
The main ingredient is calcium oxide with fine particle size (above 320 mesh). The mechanism is that calcium oxide combines with trace water in the compound during mixing and vulcanization to produce calcium hydroxide, which prevents rubber products from foaming when vulcanized at high temperature, so it is called antifoaming agent.
Deodorizer
Rubber deodorizer is also known as rubber odor masking agent, rubber deodorizer, rubber deodorizer, etc.
Mold release agent
The function of release agent is to separate the cured products from the mold smoothly, so as to get the smooth and flat products, and to ensure that the mold can be used for many times.
Rubber external mold release agent

Rubber internal release agent
