Rubber auxiliaries are important auxiliary raw materials for the rubber industry. Rubber auxiliaries play an important role in improving rubber processing, saving energy and improving product quality. In the rubber industry, although the amount of auxiliaries is relatively small, it plays a pivotal role in the improvement of product processing and application performance.
According to the traditional classification method (different roles) is generally divided into six categories, including: vulcanization, protection, operation, reinforcement and filling, bonding, other system additives.
1. Vulcanization system additives
There are mainly vulcanizing agent, accelerator and activator. (1) vulcanizing agents include: ① sulfur, selenium, tellurium; ② sulfur compounds; ③ organic peroxide compounds; ④ quinone compounds; ⑤ amine compounds; ⑥ resins; ⑦ metal oxides; ⑧ other vulcanizing agents. (2) promoters include: ① dithiocarbamates; ② xanthates; ③ thiuram; ④ thiazoles; ⑥ sulfonamides; ⑦ amines and aldehyde amine condensates; ⑧ guanidine; ⑨ thiourea. (3) activators include: ① zinc oxide; ② magnesium oxide; ③ stearic acid, etc.  
2. Protection system additives
Mainly antioxidants and flame retardants.
(1) antioxidants are mainly amines, phenols, heterocyclic, phosphite, protective waxes, etc..  Amines include: ① naphthylamine system; ② quinoline system; ③ diphenylamine system; ④ p-phenylenediamine system.
Phenols include: ① hydrocarbonated mononuclear phenols; ② hydrocarbonated dinuclear phenols; ③ hydrocarbonated polynuclear phenols.  
There are also heterocyclic and phosphite esters. Protective waxes include: microcrystalline wax, ground wax and white wax, etc.  
(2) flame retardants include: ① bromine system; ② chlorine system; ③ phosphorus system; ④ inorganic substances.
3. Operating system additives
There are mainly plasticizers (softeners), dispersants, uniform agents, viscosity enhancers, release agents and anti-coking agents.
4. Reinforcing and filling system additives
Mainly carbon black, silica, inorganic reinforcing agent and filler and organic reinforcing agent and filler.
5. Adhesive system additives
Mainly between - A - white system, cobalt salt bonding accelerator, triazine adhesives, impregnating adhesives and adhesives.
6. Other additives
Coloring agent, foaming agent, defoamer, thickener, demoulding agent, pasting agent, wetting agent, emulsifier, stabilizer, solidifying agent, heat-sensitive agent, preservative, anti-fogging agent, anti-termite agent, flame retardant, antistatic agent, aromatic agent, product surface finishing agent, mold cleaning agent, etc.
