Affirmative final adjudication proposal, accepting the negative final adjudication proposal on the U.S. products involved in the case, and decided not to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries.

On May 27, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by NOCIL Limited, a domestic company in India, an anti-dumping investigation was initiated against the rubber additive PX-13 originating in or imported from China, South Korea and the United States.

On November 11, 2020, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made an affirmative preliminary ruling on anti-dumping in the case.

On July 26, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that an affirmative final anti-dumping ruling will be made on the rubber additive PX-13 originating in or imported from China and South Korea, and it is recommended to levy anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries. The tax amounts are as follows: China is $591.36/metric ton to $924.47/metric ton; South Korea is $489.56/metric ton to $612.18/metric ton; at the same time, a negative final anti-dumping ruling has been made on the rubber additive PX-13 originating in or imported from the United States. The Indian customs codes of the products involved are 3812, 2921 and 2934

Rubber additive PX-13 is also known as antioxidant 6PPD (4020), antioxidant 6PPD (4020). Widely used in rubber tire and non-tire production fields. my country's 6PPD output in 2020 is about 198,000 tons, accounting for 53.95% of the total output of antioxidants.
