Every year, only in the field of railway wagons, more than 8000 tonnes of metal-rubber composite parts are replaced, including nearly 2000 tonnes of rubber. Most of the traditional way to deal with these waste metal rubber parts as rubbish recycling, and then use the incineration way to deal with.

After the high temperature of the metal skeleton phase change, affecting the secondary use; rubber in the combustion in addition to carbon dioxide emissions, will produce a large number of harmful gases, polluting the atmosphere.
