Anti-coke agent CTP (PVI) is modified with ButylOleate as an anti-coke additive. Anti-coke agent CTP is a kind of vulcanization inhibitor, suitable for natural rubber SBR, BR, IIR, CR, EPM, EPDM, NBR sulfur vulcanization system using hyposulfonamide, thiazole accelerator.
It has good anti-scorch effect for all sulfur vulcanized diene and low unsaturated rubber, such as natural rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, isoamyl rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, etc. And its activity is not affected when used with other rubber additives. There is no foaming, pollution and other undesirable side effects. It can optimize the storage stability of rubber materials and prevent natural vulcanization during storage.
