"From January to September this year, the total output value, sales revenue and export value of the rubber chemicals industry have increased significantly." In the 2022 annual China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Additives Special Committee Member Meeting and the 22nd National Rubber Industry New Materials Technology Forum held recently in Suzhou, the Secretary General of the Special Committee released a report on the economic operation of the rubber additives industry from January to September this year.

The report shows that from January to September, the total output value of the rubber chemicals industry reached 23.301 billion yuan, an increase of 22.51%; sales revenue of 21.982 billion yuan, up 18.71%; exports of 7.854 billion yuan, up 38.34%; total output of 1.0281 million tons, down 2.36%; exports of 283,800 tons, up 8.33% . Among them, the accelerator production 298,400 tons, up 5.62% year-on-year; antioxidant production 252,200 tons, down 6.9% year-on-year.

At the beginning of 2022, affected by the recurrence of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the complex situation overseas and other factors, the rubber chemicals industry downstream start rate continued to decline, has not yet seen an improvement; upstream raw materials, energy prices, natural gas prices rose more than double the year-on-year. 1 to September, the total output of rubber chemicals fell year-on-year, but the total industrial output value, sales revenue, exports have increased significantly.
