TMTM TS: it is a non-discoloring, non-polluting super-accelerator, mainly used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than that of the accelerator TMTD, and the tensile strength of the vulcanizate is also slightly lower. The critical temperature of vulcanization is 121℃, the aftereffect is larger than that of thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and the scorch resistance is excellent. When using this product, the amount of sulfur is in a wide range.

This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazoles, aldehyde amines, guanidines and other accelerators. It is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. In general purpose (GN-A type) butadiene rubber there is a delayed vulcanization effect. When used in combination with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the compound. This product cannot decompose active sulfur and cannot be used for sulfur-free coordination.
