ANRPC's latest report stated that after the new crown epidemic broke out more than a year ago, tremendous changes have taken place in the world. Most countries are still fighting the epidemic, and millions of lives have been deprived. Under the epidemic, the human and economic order has been reshuffled, ushering in a new standard.

The latest forecast in May of the report shows that global natural rubber production in 2021 is expected to increase by 5.8% year-on-year to 13.812 million tons. Among them, Thailand increased by 6.9%, Indonesia increased by 2.8%, China increased by 18.5%, India increased by 13.9%, Vietnam increased slightly by 4.2%, and Malaysia increased by 8.8%.

Global natural rubber production is expected to increase by 7.8% to 982,000 tons in May. Among them, Thailand fell by 12.3%, Indonesia increased by 2.8%, Vietnam increased by 80%, and Malaysia increased by 90.1%.

Global natural rubber consumption in 2021 is expected to increase by 6.7% year-on-year to 13.677 million tons. Among them, China increased by 4.1%, India increased by 10.5%, Thailand decreased by 10%, and Malaysia increased by 4.3%.

Global natural rubber consumption is expected to increase by 7.3% to 1.052 million tons in May. Among them, China increased by 5.5%, India increased by 1%, Thailand increased by 3%, and Malaysia decreased by 1.7%.

Judging from the current adjustment, the supply and demand of the global natural rubber market is expected to be relatively balanced in 2021.
