Use characteristics: 

This strain is a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and is also a general accelerator for latex. It is a typical representative of zinc dithiocarbamate. Although the critical temperature of vulcanization is low, it is easy to scorch, but its activity is not as good as that of the accelerator PZ when used alone. Less active than ammonium dithiocarbamate, but improved handling safety. The vulcanization speed of the rubber compound is very fast at 120~135 ℃, the vulcanization temperature increases, the vulcanization flatness becomes narrow, and it is easy to produce oversulfur, so the vulcanization temperature should not exceed 125 ℃ in general. Adding a small amount of accelerator TMTD, DM, anti-scorch agent or anti-aging agent MB to the compound containing this product can improve the storage performance of the compound and delay the start of vulcanization. If used together with ammonium dithiocarbamate or amine accelerator, the vulcanization speed can be greatly improved. This product needs to be activated with zinc oxide, but adding a small amount of fatty acid can improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate. 

This product is a good active agent for thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. It has a strong activation effect on butyl rubber containing accelerators M, TMTD or M and TMTD, which can greatly shorten the curing time. It can also be used for EPDM rubber, but the activation effect is not as strong as that of butyl rubber. This product is also used as a water-insoluble accelerator for latex, and has little effect on the stability of latex. It is generally used with water-soluble accelerators (such as ammonium or sodium dithiocarbamates) or with other water-insoluble accelerators (such as other zinc dithiocarbamates) to increase the vulcanization rate. When used as the second accelerator of thiazole accelerators in latex, the obtained products have good aging performance, and this product is suitable for white or bright-colored products and transparent products. It is mainly used in the manufacture of latex products, and can also be used in the manufacture of medical products, adhesive tapes and self-vulcanizing products. The general dosage is 0.1~1 part in the dry rubber compound, and 0.5~1 part in the latex material. Note: This product is toxic. During the production process, attention should be paid to preventing leakage, and operators should wear protective equipment. Packaging and storage: woven bags lined with plastic bags.
