This product is polluting and should not be used for light-colored rubber products.

P-Aminodiphenylamine (that is, RT Beisi) reacts with acetone in the presence of a copper-chromium catalyst at 160-165°C and a hydrogen pressure of 5-6MPa. The reactant is filtered to remove the catalyst while it is still hot, and the finished product is obtained after freezing, crystallization, filtration and drying. Isopropanol can be recovered by distillation from the filtered mother liquor.
