The first step: and flour - dense refining process

Step 2: Roll out the skin, prepare the filling - calendering process
Baozi will be rolled into round, rectangular or oval bun skin according to the need, and then prepare vegetable or meat filling. And the second step of tire production puts the live rubber from the first step into a calender similar to the production of hanging noodles, and presses out different widths and thicknesses of film for tread, sidewalls, and so on.

Step 3: Baozi - molding process
Materials are ready, start wrapping, with a special machine - molding machine, the front of the preparation of a variety of semi-finished products layer by layer to fit together, turn the pressure into the initial shape of the tire, also known as the tire embryo, equivalent to the bun skin, filling wrapped together, sealed and pinched up.

Step 4: Steaming buns - vulcanization process
Finally steamed on the pot, different from the bun, together in a cauldron steam, tires are individually placed in a pot to steam, which is why each brand tire tread, logo name, logo symbols are not the same, because the steamer within the mold model is different, similar to do pasta card flower molds.
