Generally speaking, the formula design can follow the following principles.

(3) In order to ensure that the performance of the rubber material and process feasible before, as far as possible to reduce material costs, speed up the vulcanization rate, improve production efficiency;
(4) should try to avoid the use of raw materials and pollution of the environment, in order to reduce environmental pollution and protect the health of operators;
(5) must take into account the interaction between the various agents, some agents can produce synergistic effects, such as accelerator D can enhance the protective function of the antioxidant MB, and peroxide in the vulcanization temperature is very easy to be consumed with the reaction of active hydrogen-containing substances, and thus in the use of peroxide vulcanization should be avoided as far as possible to avoid the use of active hydrogen-containing agents such as amine antioxidant stearic acid.
In short, in the design of the formula should take into account the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber, processing performance and material cost of the best balance, while taking into account environmental protection, safety and other factors.
