When the hose is installed, do not touch other hoses or pipes to prevent wear and tear. Where it is necessary for the hose to cross or the work may rub against the mechanical surface, protective devices such as hose clamps or springs should be used to prevent the outer layer of the hose from being damaged.

When it is necessary to bend the high-pressure hose, it should prevent sharp bends, and its bending radius R≥(9~10)D (D is the outer diameter of the hose). The straight section from the hose joint to the bend at the beginning should be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the pipe.

Precautions for high pressure hose:

(1) The hose cannot be bent excessively or at the root during movement or stop, at least at 1.5 times its diameter;

(2) When the hose moves to the extreme position, it should not be pulled too tightly, it should be loose;

(3) Try to prevent the torsional deformation of the hose;

(4) The hose should be kept away from the heat radiation components as far as possible, and the heat insulation board should be installed if necessary;

(5) External damage to the hose should be prevented, such as long-term friction on the surface of the same component during use;

(6) If the self-weight of the hose causes excessive deformation, there should be supporting parts.
