Properties: off-white powder (granule), slightly odor, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.31-1.34, melting point above 98℃, easily soluble in benzene, toluene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, methylene chloride, acetone, ethyl acetate, not easily soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water and dilute acid, dilute alkali and gasoline.

Usage: CZ is a kind of highly active after-effect accelerator, with excellent anti-scorch performance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. It has strong promotion effect when the vulcanization temperature is above 138℃. It is often combined with TMTD, DPG, SP-C or other alkaline accelerators as the second accelerator. Alkaline accelerators such as thiuram and dithiocarbamates can enhance its activity. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables and other industrial rubber products.
