With the progress and development of the aging process, the performance of rubber and its products will gradually decline, resulting in complete loss of use value. To this end, it is necessary to participate in certain chemical substances in rubber and its products to improve its resistance to the above-mentioned damage, delay or prevent the aging process, and then extend the storage period and service life of rubber and its products. It's called an anti-aging agent.
Common products:
1. Anti-aging agent 4020/6PPD: It is a powerful antioxidant and anti-ozonant. It is also an effective stabilizer for a wide range of solution and emulsion polymers. Its antioxidant activity is higher than that of TMQ or diphenylamine. Anti-aging agent.
2. Anti-aging agent 4010NA/IPPD: It is a kind of rubber antioxidant with good function and a good anti-degradation agent. It has strong anti-oxidation and anti-ozone functions, and its solubility in rubber is larger than that of anti-aging agent 4020. .
3. Anti-aging agent 3100/DTPD: Anti-aging agent DTPD has anti-ozone, anti-flexing and anti-cracking properties similar to anti-aging agents 4010NA and 4020, and better than anti-aging agents A and D. Due to its low alkalinity, the antioxidant DTPD has little effect on vulcanization and scorch; because its anti-metal toxicity is relatively strong among p-phenylenediamine antioxidants, it has a long protective effect. Now many large foreign companies are actively developing this product to replace the antioxidant 4010NA.
4. Anti-aging agent TMQ/RD: It is a kind of general-purpose amine anti-aging agent with excellent anti-thermal oxidation aging performance in the rubber industry. It is suitable for all types of elastomers under various application conditions and has a wide temperature range. High molecular weight, slow migration in rubber matrix, not easy to bloom. It can prevent the compound from being catalyzed by heavy metals (such as copper, manganese).
5. Anti-aging agent BLE: It can be used as a general-purpose anti-aging agent in natural rubber and synthetic rubber and latex such as chloroprene, nitrile, styrene-butadiene, and butadiene. Excellent protection against heat, oxygen, ozone, weather and flex.
6. Anti-aging agent MBI/MB: It is the main non-polluting anti-aging agent, which can reduce the discoloration of rubber during vulcanization. It is a so-called secondary antioxidant, and it can be used in combination with other antioxidants (such as DNP, AP and other non-polluting antioxidants) to obtain better synergy.
7. Anti-aging agent 2246: It is an antioxidant used in plastic and rubber products. It is one of the better varieties of phenolic antioxidants. Its antioxidant and anti-aging properties are better than 264. It has better protection against thermal oxygen, weather aging, flexural aging and variable valence metals, and is suitable for light-colored and non-colored rubber products.
8. Anti-aging agent 616/WSL/CPL: It is a highly active, low-volatile phenolic antioxidant, which does not change color in rubber, and can truly satisfy the anti-aging application of light-colored rubber products.
